CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections held in November 2023, Bhagwandas Sabnani, the BJP candidate from Bhopal South-West Assembly Constituency 152, defeated PC Sharma, who previously served as the Law and Legislative Minister in the Congress government.
After losing the election, PC Sharma filed an election petition in the Hon’ble High Court of Jabalpur, allegedly to mislead the public. Today, Justice Vishal Dhagat pronounced the verdict, dismissing the petition.
As usual, the Congress Party attempted to shift the blame onto EVMs, using them as a scapegoat. However, the Hon’ble High Court has exposed the truth, putting an end to such misleading claims.
Senior Advocate Gyanendra Singh Baghel, representing Bhagwandas Sabnani, filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, which was accepted by the Hon’ble High Court of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. This ruling has shown Congress its true place, affirming that false narratives and deceptive politics will not survive in the court of law.
This judgment sets a precedent in Indian politics, reaffirming that truth always prevails, no matter how much propaganda is spread by Congress.
