CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: West Central Railway, Bhopal Division, organized the second Pension Court of 2024 in the conference hall “Sankalp” to resolve pensioners’ issues. The program was chaired by Divisional Railway Manager Devashish Tripathi. A total of 35 applications were received during the Pension Court, out of which 30 applications were resolved immediately, while the remaining 5 will be resolved soon. An amount of ₹2,64,284/- was disbursed and directly deposited into the pensioners’ accounts.

Addressing the pensioners, Divisional Railway Manager Devashish Tripathi listened to their concerns attentively and instructed the relevant officials for swift resolution of the issues. He emphasized that the Pension Court serves as an effective medium for establishing communication between pensioners and the administration.

On this occasion, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Rashmi Diwakar, Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Vijay Singh, Senior Divisional Finance Manager Ekta Arora, Assistant Personnel Officer (Welfare) M.S. Yadav, representatives of the Retired Pensioners’ Organization, and supervisory staff from the Personnel and Accounts departments were present.

The Pension Court not only played a vital role in resolving pensioners’ issues but also highlighted the railway administration’s commitment to the welfare of its pensioners.
