CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A significant Service Commitment meeting was held at the Disaster Management Room in the Control Office of the Bhopal Division of West Central Railway, chaired by Divisional Railway Manager Pankaj Tyagi. The meeting included a detailed discussion on the implementation of the Service Commitment proposals adopted at the new Prime Minister’s Office Seva Teerth by the Union Cabinet and their visionary objectives.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the resolution to make the nation self-reliant, prosperous, and empowered, keeping the goals of “Developed India 2047” at the center. Measures to enhance work efficiency, transparency, and accountability through various administrative and technological reforms, including Digital India initiatives, were also deliberated.

In his address, the Divisional Railway Manager stated that Indian Railways is the foundation of nation-building and that every officer and employee should perform their duties with a spirit of public service in line with the Service Commitment. He emphasized the maximum utilization of digital technologies, timely execution of tasks, strengthening passenger amenities, and continuous improvement of safety standards.

The meeting was attended by Additional Divisional Railway Managers Ram Khare and Yogendra Baghel, along with all branch officers and supervisors. All officers and staff pledged to actively participate in the building of a developed India and to elevate organizational excellence to new heights.
