CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A meeting of the Divisional Railway Users Consultative Committee (DRUCC) was held on April 30 in the conference hall of the DRM Office of the Bhopal Railway Division. The meeting was chaired by Divisional Railway Manager Pankaj Tyagi.

Out of 15 DRUCC members, a total of 10 members were present. On this occasion, Committee Secretary and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria gave a detailed presentation through a PowerPoint on the achievements of the Bhopal Division and the passenger facilities currently being provided.

The meeting was attended by MLA Bhagwan Das Sabnani; Santosh Singh Thakur (nominated by MP Sagar Dr. Lata Wankhede); Ashok Patel (nominated by the Federation of MP Chambers of Commerce and Industry); Kamlesh Sen (nominated by Railway Up/Downers Progressive Welfare Association, Vidisha); Vatsayan Jain (nominated by Regional Railway Passengers and Consumers Association, Bhopal); Sandeep Suri (nominated by the Consumer Protection Advisory Committee); Vijay Kumar Jain (nominated by Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh); Nilesh Vastav (nominated by MP Narmadapuram Darshan Singh Choudhary); Dinesh Purohit (nominated by the Railway Board); and Radheshyam Meena (nominated by MP Rajgarh Rodmal Nagar).

During the meeting, members presented important suggestions regarding the development of passenger facilities and demands from their respective areas. They also appreciated the development works being carried out by the Bhopal Railway administration in the division.

Along with the Divisional Railway Manager, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Abhiram Khare, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria, Senior Divisional Operations Manager Rohit Malviya, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager-II Shyam Singh Barediya, and other concerned branch officers and officials were also present. The meeting was conducted by Divisional Commercial Manager Pankaj Kumar Dubey.

During the meeting, officials assured that the suggestions presented by the members would be seriously considered and necessary action would be taken.
