CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India E-Press/ITDC News, Bhopal: A seminar on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace” was organized at the Divisional Railway Manager’s Office in Bhopal under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager Devashish Tripathi and the direction of Senior Divisional Finance Manager Ekta Arora.
During the seminar, female employees working at the divisional office were made aware of their rights, workplace sexual harassment laws, policies, and preventive measures.
The event aimed to educate women employees about their rights and create a safe and respectful workplace. Officials provided detailed information on harassment prevention and the procedures of the grievance redressal mechanism. Women employees actively participated by asking questions, which were addressed by the officials.
Senior Divisional Finance Manager Ekta Arora, Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Vijay Singh, and Assistant Personnel Officer (Welfare) Mehrban Singh Yadav, along with other female employees of the division, were present at the seminar.
