CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As per the instructions of the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur, and under the guidance and presence of Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhopal, a legal awareness bike rally was organized from the District Court Complex, Bhopal, as part of the Nyayotsav Legal Services Week.

The inauguration of the bike rally was attended by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Director Rajarshi Srivastava, Special Judge Bhopal, Aarti Sharma, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, members of the Bar Association Bhopal, all judicial officers, advocates, staff members, police and traffic police personnel, employees of administrative departments, paralegal volunteers, defense counsel advocates, panel advocates, and social workers from various organizations.

Participants in the bike rally carried placards with information on the Legal Services Authority’s schemes, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, mediation, Lok Adalat, legal aid, child protection laws, fundamental rights, cleanliness, the environment, tree planting, and the Constitution, to spread awareness among the general public. The route of the rally was approximately 7 kilometers.

As part of the Nyayotsav Legal Services Week, awareness programs coordinated with the police and various departments will be held on November 9. A legal awareness and health camp at Asara Old Age Home will be organized on November 5, followed by essay, painting, quiz, and street play competitions in different schools/colleges on November 6. On November 7, there will be inspections and camps at children’s homes operating in District Bhopal. Legal awareness camps will be held in labor and rural settlements on November 8, and on November 9, a legal awareness marathon and an exhibition will be held at the District Court Complex, Bhopal.
