CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As part of the 46th Foundation Day celebrations of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), a conference of active workers from the South-West Assembly was held on Wednesday at Manas Bhavan, Shyamla Hills. The event began with the national song “Vande Mataram.”
Prominent attendees included senior BJP leader and State General Secretary & MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani, former Union Minister Suresh Pachouri, former MP Alok Sanjar, and Employment Generation Board Chairman Shailendra Sharma.
Bhagwandas Sabnani highlighted the journey of the BJP from its foundation to the present day, recalling the injustices of the Congress era and the struggles of the Jan Sangh. He praised the welfare initiatives being undertaken under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.
Former MP Alok Sanjar called upon workers to serve with a spirit of Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person) and to spread the party’s policies to the masses. Shailendra Sharma emphasized the importance of discipline within the party.
The event witnessed large participation, including presidents of all five Mandals of the constituency, in-charge Raju Aneja, and numerous other workers. The conference served as a powerful platform for inspiring speeches and organizational energy.
