CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A meeting was held in the ministry’s conference room regarding the establishment of a Digital University, where detailed discussions on various aspects took place, and necessary directions were issued. After an in-depth study of the National Digital University and other similar universities, instructions were given to prepare a blueprint for establishing a Digital University for the state.

During the meeting, it was directed that all processes related to students at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) should be digitized according to their requirements. It was also instructed to digitize internal assessments in colleges affiliated with RGPV.

Discussions were held on launching undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and other programs under the Digital University. Special attention was given to offering an UG program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, a PG program in Cyber Security and Threat Intelligence, and MBA programs in Digital Marketing and Analytics, and Digital Supply Chain Management.

The meeting was attended by Manish Singh, Principal Secretary of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment; Avadhesh Sharma, Commissioner of Technical Education; Mohan Sen, Registrar of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya; along with other officials.
