Patients at Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre (BMHRC) can now book doctor consultations for any department by calling the Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Helpline at 1800-233-2085. Patients with prior appointments will receive priority consultation and can meet the doctor within an hour.

Easy Appointment Booking Process

BMHRC Director Manisha Srivastava stated that any patient, including gas-affected victims, can easily book an appointment via the helpline. The process involves:

Calling the helpline and stating the purpose of booking a consultation at BMHRC.

The operator will collect the patient’s name, city, and the required department.

An appointment date and time will be scheduled.

Patients will receive an SMS confirmation of their appointment.

The helpline will also provide details about OPD schedules and available doctors. Once booked, the BMHRC Ayushman Bharat team will share the information with the relevant department.

Appointment Guidelines for Patients

Upon arrival, patients must first register at the hospital.

Carry medical records to the designated OPD.

Priority consultation will be given to pre-registered patients, ensuring they meet the doctor within an hour.

Each OPD will accept a maximum of 30 appointments per day.
