CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A workshop on “Soft Skill Development” was organized at Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre (BMHRC). The keynote speaker was corporate trainer and social media influencer Rashmi Golya, while BMHRC’s clinical neuropsychologist Rupesh Ranjan served as the chief speaker. The event was presided over by BMHRC’s Acting Director, Manisha Srivastava.
In her address, Rashmi Golya explained that every individual leads four types of lifestyles—work life, family life, personal life, and social life. Maintaining a balance among these is challenging, but effective time management can help establish harmony. She emphasized the importance of creating a to-do list to plan daily tasks and a separate list to analyze actual activities completed each day. By reviewing this list after a week, individuals can identify tasks that require less time and reallocate that time to more productive activities.
She also stressed the significance of teamwork over handling all tasks alone and encouraged task delegation. Additionally, she highlighted that every individual has a “prime time” when productivity is at its peak. Focusing on critical tasks during this period can significantly improve work-life balance.
Rupesh Ranjan delivered a presentation on the importance of soft skills, elaborating on their role in professional success. BMHRC Acting Director Manisha Srivastava stated that soft skills are crucial in every profession, as one’s behavior towards others defines their personality. She noted that people remember good and bad behavior, shaping their perceptions accordingly.
During the event, BMHRC Deputy Nursing Superintendent Aji Koshy was honored for winning the title of Mrs. Elite Celebrity India at Mrs. Central India Season-2.
