The couple faces allegations of defrauding a Mumbai-based businessman of the same amount through their company, Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd. The court’s decision follows the couple’s plea to quash a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against them, which restricts their international travel. They had sought permission to attend professional engagements, including a YouTube event in Colombo from October 25 to 29. The bench, comprising Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad, emphasized the seriousness of the allegations and the necessity of ensuring the couple’s cooperation in the ongoing investigation. The court stated that it would only consider their travel request upon the full deposit of the ₹60 crore.
