CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Delhi: Real estate developer BPTP Limited has recorded sales of approximately ₹750 crore at its luxury residential project, SkyNest, in Sector 80 of Greater Faridabad, after selling 150 apartments. The company announced the milestone on October 9, 2026, citing demand for premium residential properties in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR). SkyNest is spread across 5.4 acres and comprises two residential towers with a total of 325 apartments. The average transaction value is approximately ₹5 crore per home, placing the project in the premium segment of Faridabad’s residential market. The development has been designed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants. According to the developer, the project combines contemporary architecture with spacious residences and lifestyle amenities aimed at homebuyers seeking premium urban living.
Manik Malik, Chief Executive Officer and President of BPTP Limited, said the sales milestone reflects buyer interest in the company’s residential offering. The project’s location provides connectivity to the Faridabad Bypass Road, the DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway and National Highway 44, with access towards Noida and Ghaziabad through the FNG corridor.
The sales milestone comes amid mixed trends in the wider housing market. According to real estate consultant Anarock, Delhi-NCR recorded approximately 13,765 housing units sold during July–September 2026, a decline of around 1% compared with the same period a year earlier.
BPTP has developed more than 25,000 homes over the past two decades, according to reports. The company’s latest sales figures highlight continued activity in the premium housing segment, where location, design and residential amenities remain important considerations for buyers.
