All ministers have been summoned. Crucial decisions may be taken concerning departments like agriculture, food, and education. Bills that will be introduced during the assembly session will also be discussed.
Recently, officials from the Excise Department were suspended due to the liquor scam, and the opposition is likely to raise the issue. An informal discussion among ministers on this matter may occur. This meeting is strategically placed just before the monsoon session, suggesting possible proposals related to the session may be approved today.
The monsoon session is scheduled from July 14 to July 18, during which five sittings are expected. The opposition is likely to target the government over issues like fertilizer availability and rising crime. Heated debates are anticipated, including from ruling party legislators.
