CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, the Congress student wing NSUI launched the Campus Chalo Campaign during a state-level meeting in the first week of August to address the demands of students and youth. Since then, NSUI officials and activists have been systematically running the Campus Chalo Campaign in universities and colleges across all districts. Under the direction of NSUI National Secretary and State In-Charge Mahavir Gurjar, National Secretary and State In-Charge Ritu Barala, and State President Ashutosh Choukse, district presidents and all officials will visit the Collector’s office in each district to submit a memorandum to the Collector.
NSUI National Secretary and Madhya Pradesh NSUI In-Charge Ritu Barala stated that through the Campus Chalo Campaign, NSUI is reaching out to students in universities and colleges across the state to provide detailed information about the student demands.
NSUI National Secretary and Madhya Pradesh In-Charge Mahavir Gurjar mentioned that they will review all the programs conducted by officials under the Campus Chalo Campaign and will honor those who conducted the programs effectively.
State President Ashutosh Choukse emphasized that all officials, workers, and students in Madhya Pradesh have contributed significantly to making the NSUI Campus Chalo Campaign a success. However, the deaf and mute government of Madhya Pradesh has not taken notice of their demands. The Madhya Pradesh government is continuously neglecting the youth and students, and NSUI will conduct aggressive protests across the state regarding this issue.
NSUI State Vice President and Media In-Charge for the Campus Chalo Campaign Ravi Parmar stated that under the instructions of the in-charges and the state president, memorandums will be submitted at the Collectorate offices in all districts on Monday. In Bhopal, NSUI District President Akshay Tomar will submit the memorandum.
Additionally, on October 1, 2024, NSUI will submit memorandums to all regional MPs and MLAs. On October 14, 2024, postcards regarding the “Student Demand Letter” will be sent to the Chief Minister. On October 21, 2024, an “Ring the Bell, Wake Up the Government” campaign regarding the student demand letter will be launched statewide. Finally, on October 25, 2024, a press conference will be held across the state, warning of a larger movement.
