A two-day meeting of Central Sanskrit Universities was successfully organized at National Sanskrit University, Tirupati. The discussions focused on the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, standardization of undergraduate and postgraduate curricula, resource sharing among libraries, uniform research guidelines for scholars, appointment of co-directors and research supervisors, introduction of joint and concurrent degree programs, student mobility across the three universities, capacity-building programs, global promotion of Sanskrit through mutual cooperation, implementation of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary courses, credit transfer mechanisms, faculty exchange programs, accreditation of online courses, joint research initiatives, framework for ‘Utkarsh Mahotsav’, MoU execution strategies, organization of national-level socio-educational competitions, and necessary measures for improving the ranking and quality of universities at national and international levels.
