Charge Handover Ceremony Completed in the Presence of Minister Vijayvargiya

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: In the dignified presence of Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, newly appointed Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board, Om Jain, officially assumed office.

Minister Vijayvargiya stated that the Board has received highly experienced and capable leadership. Under the visionary guidance, administrative expertise, and efficient leadership of Chairman Jain, the Board’s development activities will achieve new momentum and greater heights.

Commitment to Public Welfare and Inclusive Housing

Highlighting the Board’s future objectives, Minister Vijayvargiya said that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, several major projects are to be implemented in the state’s metropolitan cities. He emphasized that the primary objective is to construct fully equipped housing for middle-class and lower middle-class families. In large cities, owning a home has become increasingly difficult for middle-income families; therefore, the Board must work with complete transparency and a public welfare-oriented approach. Under the vision of a New India, the goal is to ensure dignified housing for every citizen by the 100th year of India’s independence.

Development Through Experience and Scientific Vision

Expressing gratitude to Minister Vijayvargiya, newly appointed Chairman Om Jain said that the Minister’s vast political and administrative experience would serve as valuable guidance. Becoming emotional during his address, Jain said that Vijayvargiya, who has been actively involved in public service since 1983, possesses a deeply dedicated work ethic and a scientific approach that is truly exemplary. He added that the Board would faithfully implement all the Minister’s directions and priorities while taking the organization to new benchmarks of development.

Additional Chief Secretary Sanjay Dubey stated that it is a matter of pride for the entire department and Board to receive the positive, energetic, and visionary leadership of Minister Vijayvargiya. He said the Board members have been working proactively in line with the Minister’s guidance. Dubey also assured Chairman Jain that all members of the Board would work with full dedication and commitment under his leadership. He added that the primary objective is to ensure environmentally friendly, sustainable, and well-planned urban development.

After assuming office, Chairman Jain held a meeting with senior officials of the Board and issued necessary directions regarding upcoming action plans. On this dignified occasion, the Board’s Chief Executive Officer Deepti Shrivastava, along with all Board members, engineers, and senior officials, were present.
