CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal’s much-awaited film ‘Chhava’ is set to hit theaters on February 14, Valentine’s Day. In this film, Vicky portrays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, generating immense excitement among the audience. However, even before its release, the Censor Board (CBFC) has made several cuts and modifications to the film!
🔹 CBFC Imposes 3 Cuts and 7 Changes!
The film has been granted a U/A 16+ certificate, meaning viewers aged 16 and above can watch it.
What Changes Were Made?
✔ A scene showing Maratha warriors wearing sarees has been removed.
✔ The dialogue “Mughal Sultanate ka zehar” has been modified to “At that time, many rulers and sultanates were struggling to survive.”
✔ The phrase “Khoon to aakhir Mughlo ka hi hai” has been changed to “Khoon to hai Aurang ka hi.”
✔ The words “Haramzadon” and “Haramzada” have been muted.
✔ The word “Ameen” has been replaced with “Jai Bhavani.”
