CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Minister of State (Independent Charge) Krishna Gaur said the Chief Minister’s Jan Vishwas campaign is a strong medium to take the benefits of the government’s public welfare schemes to the last person standing in the last row of society. She said the campaign, started with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav’s sensitive and farsighted thinking, is playing an important role in resolving citizens’ problems and making the benefits of schemes easily available.
Gaur was addressing a Chief Minister’s Jan Vishwas campaign programme organised in the Govindpura Assembly constituency. She said every camp organised under the campaign, which began on August 7, is becoming a medium of public welfare. Through these camps, citizens are placing their problems directly before the administration. She said the state government is committed to taking the benefits of schemes to the person standing at the last end of society with a selfless spirit. The Chief Minister’s Jan Vishwas campaign is giving shape to this commitment of the government and the spirit of good governance.
Minister of State Gaur directed the administrative officers present to listen sensitively to the problems of every citizen coming to the camp and ensure their prompt resolution. She said the benefits of public welfare schemes should easily reach eligible persons and citizens should not have to face unnecessary difficulties in getting their problems resolved.
Govindpura moving ahead through education, health, skills and infrastructure
Gaur said AIIMS hospital, Global Skills Park, Sandipani School and BHEL institute in the Govindpura area are important indicators of the region’s progress. These institutions, linked to health services, education, skill development and industrial activities, are playing an important role in the area’s development. She said the 10-lane road to take shape on Ayodhya Bypass in the coming period will become a distinctive identity of the state. Along with this, a sewage network is being built by the municipal corporation. These infrastructure works will help further improve civic facilities in the area.
Resolution of public problems and overall regional development a priority

Collector Mishra said the basic objective of the Chief Minister’s Jan Vishwas campaign is to make administrative processes easier and transparently take the benefits of the government’s welfare schemes to the common people. These camps are being organised for the quick and easy implementation of schemes and for resolving public problems on the spot.
Collector Mishra appealed to citizens to ensure registration of their applications in the camps so that they can be resolved quickly and systematically. He said public problems highlighted by local public representatives would be resolved on a priority basis. Collector Mishra said several proposals related to the overall development of the Govindpura area have been included in the recently released draft master plan of Bhopal. These include proposals for development works related to Skills Park, the industrial area, and education and health.
Benefits distributed under PM SVANidhi and social security schemes
At the programme, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Gaur and administrative officers distributed benefits under the PM SVANidhi scheme to beneficiaries Girja Rai, Sanjeev Kumar Malviya, Ashok Parmar, Pravesh Kanhare, Seema Parmar and Kewal Barke. Approval letters for various public welfare schemes, including social security pension, were also provided.
