CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: “Chief Minister Mohan Yadav addressed a public meeting organized in the village of Seer Govardhanpur Rohaniya, in the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency of Uttar Pradesh, in support of the BJP candidate and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated that the Congress has always had a mentality of opposing the traditional culture. The Congress and its leaders, along with the arrogant alliance, object even to the worship of our deities. The Congress has always insulted Indian culture by openly displaying its mentality.

I congratulate the citizens of Varanasi for sending Narendra Modi as their Member of Parliament from here, and Modi, after becoming Prime Minister, began efforts to revive the ancient culture. Today, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the honor and respect of the country have increased worldwide, and Indian culture and ancient traditions have started being revered worldwide. Chief Minister Yadav also participated in the ‘Nari Shakti and Modi’s Women Worship Program’ in Kashi and also participated in a social organization meeting.

During this time, he visited the Sant Ravidas Temple, Kashi’s Kotwali Kalbhairav Temple, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and Govardhan Dham Temple Ghat and also performed worship. Congress had removed it, but the Prime Minister included the teaching of Sanatan culture in education. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that in his second term, Prime Minister Narendra Modi introduced the National Education Policy,

through which the teaching of Sanatan culture has been included in the curriculum across the country with Lord Shriram and Shri Krishna. Earlier, during the British era, these courses were removed under the education policy. After independence, the Congress had the opportunity to reintegrate the teaching of Sanatan culture, but the Congress also introduced the mentality of opposing the Sanatan culture.                                                                                                                                 It was due to the Congress that the citizens of the country did not receive education in the curriculum with Lord Shriram and Shri Krishna for decades. The British left, but they left the Congress. The Congress has always insulted the Sanatan culture. I congratulate the citizens of Baba Vishwanath’s city Varanasi for sending Narendra Modi as their Member of Parliament from here, and Modi, after becoming Prime Minister, began efforts to revive the ancient culture.”
