He performed rituals at the Mahakal Temple, offering prayers to Baba Mahakal. During the celebrations, the Chief Minister showcased his swordsmanship skills and actively joined in spreading colors over the people of Ujjain at Freeganj Chowraha, engaging in joyful Holi festivities with the locals.

The traditional Ger procession, held annually in Ujjain, coincides with Rang Panchami celebrations across Madhya Pradesh and throughout India. Devotees celebrated the festival with enthusiasm, singing, dancing, and applying vibrant colors and gulal.

At the Mahakal Temple, the celebrations began with special prayers and rituals, including a Havan, marking the start of Rang Panchami. Additionally, the ceremony included prayers for India’s victory in the upcoming T20 World Cup match against New Zealand.
