CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that industries are like temples and places of worship for us. He appreciated the rapid growth of India’s economy under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the country has advanced from the 15th to the 4th position globally. The Chief Minister noted that Madhya Pradesh’s organic cotton is now being exported to China, Japan, Vietnam, and Spain.

He emphasized that the state government is making every possible effort to promote industrial development and investment alongside agriculture. On August 10, a foundation stone ceremony will be held in Raisen for a rail coach manufacturing factory. Similarly, on August 25, Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone for the PM Mitra Park in Dhar, dedicated to the textile industry. This initiative is expected to create employment for over one lakh youth in the Malwa and surrounding tribal regions.

Chief Minister Yadav visited the textile unit of Sagar Manufacturers Private Limited and observed the production process. On this occasion, women employees of the Sagar Group tied Rakhi to the Chief Minister, celebrating the festival of Raksha Bandhan. He showered flowers on the sisters and offered them gifts and blessings.

Dr. Yadav stated that, in the changing global scenario, the Government of India is striving for the welfare of farmers. He urged the people of the state to adopt Swadeshi (indigenous products). He announced a special Rakhi gift of ₹1500 for sisters and ₹6000 monthly wage support for women working in employment-generating industries. The Chief Minister also praised the Sagar Group for providing employment, housing, and food facilities to villagers. The group currently employs 8,000 people, including 5,000 women workers.
