CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: NSUI State Vice President Ravi Parmar has raised serious concerns over the transparency of healthcare services in the state. He questioned why, despite complaints of corruption against Bhopal CMHO Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari being submitted to Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, the response is being sought from Tiwari himself. This, he stated, raises questions about administrative procedures. In response, NSUI has launched a protest against Dr. Tiwari.

Ravi Parmar highlighted that the complaint letter was issued by Neera Chaudhary, wife of former Madhya Pradesh Health Minister Prabhuram Chaudhary and Director of Health Services, Bhopal Division. This, he argued, raises suspicions of political pressure. He questioned why the accused officer is being asked to respond instead of an impartial investigation being conducted as per the complainant’s request.

Parmar further alleged that despite officials being aware of the corrupt practices of Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari and Director Pragya Tiwari, no action has been taken. He claimed that Dr. Tiwari was involved in corruption worth crores and announced that NSUI will approach the High Court with evidence. He also alleged that CMHO office’s civil engineer Hemant Pateria, along with other doctors and employees, collects money from fake hospitals and funnels it to CMHO and health department officials.

Additionally, Parmar urged the Madhya Pradesh government, which promotes transparency and good governance, to take swift action and ensure a fair investigation to maintain public trust in the system.
