CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: At the prestigious cultural platform Vishwarang, the renowned band group Collective Quire mesmerized the audience with their musical performance. Through their artistic presentation, the band seamlessly wove together various musical styles, offering a remarkable example of cultural harmony.

The performance began with the timeless and inspiring song “Ekla Chalo Re” by Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, which infused the audience with fresh energy. Immediately after, keeping in mind the festival’s international appeal, the band presented a unique international fusion number in their signature style. This fusion creatively blended Ed Sheeran’s global hit “Shape of You” with the popular folk song “Jhumka Gira Re Bareilly Ke Bazaar Mein” and the melody “Gothilo Gothilo…”, compelling the audience to sway and dance along.

Bollywood’s Charm and Heart-touching Tunes

Following the fusion, Collective Quire captivated the audience with evergreen Bollywood hits. They performed the melodious track “Taal Se Taal Mila” from the film Taal, followed by a series of romantic songs, including “Dil Ka Raaz Kehta Hoon” and the soulful “Rang De Mohe Gerua” from the Shahrukh Khan-starrer Dilwale.

Collective Quire’s performance was a successful endeavor in transcending musical boundaries, blending multiple genres, and leaving a lasting impression on the hearts of the audience.
