CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Priyank Mishra heard the grievances of citizens who came from various parts of the district during the Tuesday public hearing. During the session, he resolved several issues on the spot. A total of 207 applications were received from citizens in the public hearing. On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat Smt. Ila Tiwari and other officials were present.
During the public hearing, a tricycle was provided to Divyang (differently-abled) Swati Jaiswal from Shiv Shakti Nagar, Chhola Road, Bhopal, under the orders of Collector Priyank Mishra by the Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department.
Collector Mishra patiently discussed the problems of each applicant and assured them of prompt resolution. He instructed the officials present to adopt a sensitive approach while addressing applications received from citizens and ensure timely disposal. He also directed the concerned departmental officers to take necessary action regarding the grievances of the applicants.
