CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Priyank Mishra heard the problems of citizens from various areas of the district during a public hearing held at the Collectorate.
During the hearing, citizens submitted 130 applications related to their various problems and demands. Collector Mishra also provided a tricycle to disabled applicant Prakash Shakya, a resident of Bhopal.
Collector Mishra patiently interacted with each applicant, heard their grievances and ensured on-the-spot resolution of several cases. He issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials for the prompt and rule-based disposal of the remaining applications.
The Collector directed officials to take sensitive action on the applications received during the public hearing and to ensure that each case is examined seriously and resolved within the stipulated time limit. He also instructed officials of the concerned areas to take necessary action on the applicants’ problems.
ADM Sumit Pandey, Prakash Nayak and officials from various departments were present during the public hearing.
