CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Chairs Public Hearing, Addresses Grievances with Immediate Resolutions
Under the leadership of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, ADM Siddharth Jain, Ankur Meshram, ADM Prakash Nayak, Deputy Collectors Mohammad Iqbal, Nidhi Chouksey, Ajay Sharma, and other officials listened to grievances brought by citizens during the public hearing session. Several issues were resolved on the spot, and a total of 108 applications were received from attendees.
During the hearing, more than 80% of applicants were persons with disabilities. Among them, Motilal, a resident of Teela Jamalpura, was provided with a tricycle by Joint Director R.K. Singh of the Department of Social Justice and Disabled Welfare, as per the directive of Collector Kaushalendra Singh.
ADM Siddharth Jain, Ankur Meshram, Prakash Nayak, and Bhupendra Goyal patiently discussed the grievances of every applicant and assured them of prompt resolution. They instructed officials present to handle applications with sensitivity and resolve the issues promptly. Field officers were directed to take necessary actions on the applications related to their respective areas.
