CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Express / ITDC News Bhopal: Under the direction of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, a Time-Line (TL) meeting was held to conduct an in-depth review of various administrative and public welfare matters. ADM Sumit Kumar Pandey instructed immediate action on complaints related to gas cylinder distribution and refilling. All SDMs and Tehsildars were directed to inspect gas agencies in their respective areas, ensure timely resolution of complaints, and clear pending grievances on the Jan Aakansha Portal within one week.

Officials were urged to ensure swift, transparent, and effective solutions to public problems. ADM Pandey also directed all officers and staff to complete a minimum of five training sessions under the Sadhana Week organized through the Mission Karmayogi portal to improve administrative efficiency and performance.

Preparations for wheat procurement under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for the marketing year 2026–27 were reviewed. The District Food Supply Controller was instructed to provide smooth sales facilities for farmers at all 87 procurement centers and ensure the entire process is transparent. Slot booking for registered farmers will begin on April 7.

Strict measures against stubble burning were emphasized, along with efforts to educate farmers about alternative practices. District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari reviewed pending applications under the Sankalp Se Samadhan campaign and directed their speedy resolution. She also reviewed the Health Department’s HPV vaccination campaign, stressing maximum outreach to the target population and increased awareness.

The progress of the Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign was reviewed, with emphasis on organizing village-level awareness programs to ensure community participation in water conservation. ADM Ankur Meshram, Prakash Nayak, and other departmental officers were also present. The meeting marked a significant step toward administrative coordination, timely implementation of initiatives, and effective management of public services.
