CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh conducted the weekly review meeting for CM Helpline, time-bound letters, and Samadhan Online. During the meeting, he instructed officials to ensure the timely and quality resolution of complaints received through the CM Helpline. Under the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign, he directed all SDMs to promptly complete the survey work, prepare the framework for organizing camps, and ensure that eligible beneficiaries are benefited.
Emphasis on Promoting Camps
The Collector emphasized that extensive promotion of the camps under the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign should be conducted in urban and rural areas to ensure 100% of eligible beneficiaries take advantage of government schemes. He also instructed all SDMs to conduct surprise inspections of these camps.
Progress in Revenue Mega Campaign 3.0
The Collector directed officials to work in coordination with various departments under the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign and complete all arrangements on time. He also emphasized accelerating progress in the Revenue Mega Campaign 3.0.
The meeting was attended by CEO of District Panchayat Rituraj Singh, all ADMs, SDMs, and other district officials. The Collector reiterated that the goal of this campaign is to ensure the benefits of government schemes reach all eligible beneficiaries.
