CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India E-Press/ITDC News, Bhopal: Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh chaired a weekly review meeting addressing CM Helpline grievances, time-bound letters, and Samadhan Online issues. He instructed officials to ensure timely and quality resolution of complaints received through the CM Helpline.
CM Welfare Campaign Preparations
The Collector reviewed the preparations for the upcoming CM Welfare Campaign and Welfare Festival. He emphasized the need for interdepartmental coordination to complete all arrangements on time. Highlighting the campaign’s objective, he stated that its purpose is to deliver the benefits of government welfare schemes to all eligible beneficiaries.
Geeta Jayanti Event at Lal Parade Ground
The Collector also assessed preparations for the Geeta Jayanti event, scheduled at Bhopal’s Lal Parade Ground. He directed officials to ensure all arrangements for the unique recital, where 6,000 students will collectively chant verses from the Geeta, are completed on time. During the event, eligible women under the CM Ladli Behna Yojana will receive the December installment of benefits directly into their accounts.
Outreach and Awareness
The Collector emphasized promoting the CM Welfare Campaign in urban and rural areas to maximize beneficiary participation. He instructed departments to utilize the campaign camps to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive the advantages of government schemes.
Efficient Execution
Directives were issued to ensure effective execution of all events associated with the campaign and festival, ensuring their success.
The meeting was attended by District Panchayat CEO Rituraj Singh, ADM Siddharth Jain, along with all ADMs, SDMs, and other district officials.
