Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh conducted a review meeting at the District Panchayat Auditorium to assess the preparations for the Global Investors Summit (GIS). The meeting focused on evaluating the progress of responsibilities assigned to departmental officials and ensuring that all arrangements are completed within the given timeline.
Special emphasis was placed on preparations for the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Key areas reviewed included State Hangar, airport arrangements, VVIP security, traffic management, event venue arrangements, cleanliness, beautification, guest accommodation, and hospitality preparations.
The Collector directed municipal authorities, police administration, Public Works Department (PWD), Smart City management, and other departments to ensure that all necessary arrangements for the Prime Minister’s visit and the summit’s successful execution are in place. He specifically instructed officials to maintain smooth traffic flow, proper parking management, and high-level coordination from the airport to Raj Bhavan and the event venue.
Stressing commitment and coordination, the Collector urged all officials to work diligently to ensure the event’s success. The meeting was attended by Municipal Commissioner Harendra Narayan, ADM Siddharth Jain, CEO District Panchayat Ila Tiwari, CEO Smart City Anju Arun Kumar, and other concerned officials.
