CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In Bairasia Assembly Constituency No. 149 of Bhopal district, 98% of the work has been completed, and 100% digitization will be achieved within the next two to three days. All BLOs and the team have done excellent and commendable work in completing the full digitization of the district’s FE data ahead of the scheduled deadline. On this remarkable achievement, the Collector joyfully announced that the ARO of the Assembly, Ashutosh Sharma, and his entire team will be honored at a felicitation ceremony to be held on December 4 at 4 PM at the Collector’s Office, Bhopal. It is a moment of pride for the district that all BLOs of Bairasia have performed exceptionally well and completed the work 100% within the stipulated timeframe.

Collector and District Election Officer Kaushalendra Vikram Singh awarded certificates of appreciation to supervisors and their assistants who excelled in all seven assemblies during a program at the Collectorate office. To complete the remaining work, he directed that booths in assemblies where digitization is progressing slowly should be marked and given special attention by forming targeted strategies with BLOs. He also stated that before December 4, maximum voters should be reached through door-to-door visits to digitize their enumeration forms, taking support from BLOs who have done exceptional work.

All assemblies must complete 100% digitization of A/S/D/R records. BLOs and their assistants should make door-to-door efforts to complete maximum mapping and ensure full digitization. At this stage, every Assembly must achieve the 85% digitization target, including A/S/D/R. It should also be ensured that no Assembly remains below 70% in pure mapping.

During this period, special attention should be given to polling stations performing below the average mapping level of their Assembly. Additionally, every BLO must take responsibility to ensure that no VIP’s name is left unverified in the SIR survey, and obtain a certificate confirming this. Previously number-mapped voters should be fully mapped without exception. The ERO must complete verification of number-mapped voters during this phase. In cases where mapping is not found, the voter’s parents’ or grandparents’ 2003 address and name should be recorded, and physical enumeration forms should be kept ready. During this stage, un-mapped voters’ EF forms should be collected physically and not digitized.

Second Phase (5 December – 8 December)

Activities in this phase include completing 100% digitization. Number-mapped physical enumeration forms should be processed at one location and mapped and digitized using available information. Remaining enumeration forms should be digitized under number mapping. Pending A/S/D/R entries should be digitized. Forms filled online should be verified by BLOs. By the end of this phase, the overall progress target is set at 100%.

Third Phase (9 December – 11 December)

During this phase, the ERO will verify the remaining voters and prepare for the draft publication.
