CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Regarding the preparations for the launch program of Agricultural Year 2026, to be held under the chief guestship of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh convened a meeting in the Commissioner’s Conference Hall and issued necessary directions to all District Collectors of the division through video conferencing. During the meeting, Bhopal Collector Kaushalendra Singh along with other district officials were present.
In the meeting, Commissioner Singh held a detailed discussion on the framework of the large-scale tractor rally to be organized as part of the program. He directed that all necessary arrangements, including the route chart, traffic management, security, and coordination, be finalized to ensure the smooth conduct of the rally.
The Divisional Commissioner instructed that control rooms be established at the divisional headquarters as well as in all districts, stating that this arrangement should be effectively implemented for monitoring, coordination, and quick resolution during the program.
He further directed that all preparations at the venue be completed on time and that the responsibilities assigned to the Agriculture Department and other concerned departments be fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe.
Regarding the tractor rally, clear instructions were given to the District Collectors to ensure that all tractors reach the designated location on time and that the rally is conducted in a disciplined, safe, and well-organized manner, with all necessary arrangements in place.
