The inspection included several key areas to ensure that the highest standards of patient care and medical services are being maintained. Medical Superintendent Dr. Shashank Purwar also accompanied him during this inspection.
The Director inspected several departments, including Ophthalmology, Dermatology, General Medicine, Chest, Neurology, Cardiology, and Neurosurgery. In addition to these specialty departments, the Director also reviewed critical patient service areas such as patient registration and pharmacy. This comprehensive review was part of the hospital’s proactive approach to maintaining operational excellence across all units.
During the tour, the Director interacted with patients, personally inquiring about their experiences and satisfaction with the facilities and services provided by AIIMS Bhopal.
