CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Principal Secretary of the Tribal Department, E. Ramesh Kumar, has directed all Commissioners and Collectors of Madhya Pradesh to complete the profile updation work related to scholarships for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students from classes 9 to 12 at an accelerated pace.
He stated that, in honor of the upcoming National Tribal Pride Day on November 15 and the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, cultural programs should be organized at all district headquarters. All Collectors should also send information related to the Dharti Abha Tribal Village Utkars Campaign. These directives were given by the Principal Secretary today through a video conference from the ministry to all Commissioners and Collectors in the state. Bhopal Commissioner Sanjeev Singh, Joint Commissioner Vinod Yadav, and Assistant Planning Officer of the Tribal Department Ajay Jaiswal attended the VC meeting at the Commissioner’s office.
The Principal Secretary instructed that issues concerning Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries pending in Samadhan Online be resolved swiftly. He also directed that the maximum benefits of beneficiary-oriented schemes, including Didi Cafe, Food Subsidy Scheme, and Compassionate Appointments, be ensured for these communities.
