CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the birth anniversary of the late Subhash Yadav, a pioneer of cooperation, a messiah for farmers, and a fighter for the rights and entitlements of farmers, Congress members today paid tribute to his memory. The tribute ceremony was held in the conference hall of the Pradesh Congress Headquarters, where Congress leaders paid floral tributes to the portrait of the late Subhash Yadav and briefly reflected on his life.
Mukesh Nayak, President of the Pradesh Congress Media Department, described the late Subhash Yadav as the messiah of farmers and mentioned that his political journey was long, beginning from grassroots struggles. He made his way from a small town to district, state, and even Delhi, where he held important positions such as Member of the Legislative Assembly, Member of Parliament, Minister, Chairman of Apex Bank, State Congress President, and Deputy Chief Minister, all while fighting for the rights of farmers and the people of the state.
Director Nayak further stated that Subhash Yadav was the father of the cooperative movement and a person of simple and humble nature. His endless memories, which reside in the hearts of Congress members, will be cherished and preserved.
The floral tribute ceremony was attended by Congress leaders Bhupendra Gupta, Abhinav Barolia, Vivek Tripathi, Vikram Chaudhary, Seetasharan Suryavanshi, Sitaram Yadav, and other Congress members.
