CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) celebrated its 28th Foundation Day, beginning the event with the worship of Goddess Saraswati.

On this occasion, CRISP’s Managing Director, Dr. Shrikant Patil, spoke about the organization’s most significant milestones to date, highlighting that CRISP has achieved its highest revenue this year in the last 28 years. He further mentioned that the topic of upgrading ITIs (Industrial Training Institutes) is resonating across the country. The Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of the state, Shri Mohan Yadav, have emphasized this. In line with this, CRISP has equipped the Shramodaya ITI with state-of-the-art facilities, aiming to bring marginalized communities into the mainstream. He honored the employees with appreciation letters for their outstanding work and encouraged aligning personal goals with the organization’s objectives. He envisioned a bright future for CRISP and emphasized the importance of expanding its presence at both national and international levels.

Following this, CRISP Director Amol Vaidya shed light on the major achievements CRISP accomplished over the past year. These included projects like L&T, IT projects, the Indian Coast Guard’s Leadership Training Program, and the Power Finance Corporation (PFC), all successfully completed in 2023.

The program concluded with various games organized for the entertainment of the employees, where everyone participated with great enthusiasm. In the Ring Game, CRISP staff showcased their coordination, creating waves of laughter. During Tambola, everyone eagerly watched their tickets as the numbers were called, and the Musical Chairs game became the highlight, with employees displaying a great sense of fun and sportsmanship.

These games not only provided everyone with an opportunity for enjoyment and fun but also promoted mutual cooperation and teamwork. This part of the day was appreciated as a fantastic experience by all.
