Cyber security workshop held at Satyasai Women’s and Law College

CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A one-day workshop on “Cyber Security and Digital Awareness” was organised by the Department of Computer Science and Application of Satyasai Women’s and Law College.

Mahesh Srivastava, Member, All India IT Association, attended as the keynote speaker and gave students and staff detailed information on cyber security and digital fraud. Kartik Patel, ethical cyber expert from Govindpura police station, shared engaging information about cyber crimes taking place in the present time and informed participants about measures to stay safe from them.

College Director Pratibha Singh, College Principal Renu Mishra, Law College Principal Anju Vajpayee, ethical cyber expert Kartike Singh, and Neeta Thakur and Shabana Khatoon from Govindpura police station were present at the workshop.

The workshop was organised under the leadership of Head of Department Vaishali Kadwe, with special support from Assistant Professors Chhaya Makhijani and Babita Sakalle. Students participated enthusiastically and asked questions related to cyber security. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
