The three-day National Research Scholars’ Conclave 2025, organized by Dattopant Thengadi Research Institute, Bhopal, successfully concluded. The event witnessed the participation of over 280 scholars and professors from 25 states across India.

🔹 Acharya Mithilesh Nandinisharan Maharaj emphasized that researchers should integrate Indian knowledge traditions into their studies. He cited the example of Lord Hanuman’s search for Mata Sita in Lanka, highlighting the importance of identifying the core essence of research.
🔹 Padma Shri Kapil Tiwari shed light on India’s oral traditions, emphasizing that while folklore traditions remain strong in India, they have diminished in the West. He illustrated this with the Karama dance, which exists in 26 different styles across India, making it unique globally.
🔹 Director Mouli Kaushal spoke on India’s cultural continuity, stressing that research methodologies have drifted away from folk traditions and need to be reconnected.
The event featured “Naimish-Varta” sessions, where open discussions addressed various life-related queries from researchers. Additionally, research presentations on tribal societies were highly appreciated.
Future Research Initiatives Announced
In his concluding remarks, Mukesh Mishra, Director of Dattopant Thengadi Research Institute, expressed gratitude to the participants and urged scholars to strategize their future research pursuits. He also announced that the next National Research Scholars’ Conclave would be organized next year.
