CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector In-Charge Siddharth Jain Directs Officials to Prioritize CM Helpline Complaints

Collector Siddharth Jain, while presiding over the TL meeting on Monday, instructed all district officials to prioritize the resolution of pending complaints on the CM Helpline. He emphasized that all SDMs and departmental officers must personally monitor and resolve pending complaints this week.

He further directed that:

✅ No complaint should be force-closed without a valid reason.

✅ Poorly disposed complaints should be readdressed and resolved.

✅ All departments must take necessary steps to keep the district among the top 10 in the state for CM Helpline complaint resolution, as per the instructions of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh.

Arrangements for Wheat Procurement Centers

Collector Jain also directed all SDMs and the District Food Controller to ensure proper arrangements at wheat procurement centers, as wheat procurement at minimum support price (MSP) started across the district on March 15.

He emphasized:

✔ Drinking water, shaded tents, and sanitation facilities must be available at all procurement centers.

✔ Long queues should be avoided, and farmers’ wheat should be weighed on time.

✔ Law and order must be maintained at all centers, and SDMs should inspect their respective procurement centers to prevent any issues.

The meeting was attended by ADM Bhupendra Goyal, Ankur Meshram, District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari, SDMs, and officials from relevant departments.
