CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The hearing of the defamation case filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Atishi has been postponed. The case was filed by BJP leader Rajiv Babbar, alleging that Kejriwal and Atishi made defamatory statements against him in public.

The hearing was initially scheduled for Monday, but after mutual agreement from the lawyers, the court has set a new hearing date for September 30. Lawyer Sonia Mathur represented BJP leader Rajiv Babbar in the petition.

According to the allegations, Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi made public statements that harmed the reputation of the BJP leader. The court will now hear the arguments from both sides on September 30.
