Testing at these five sentinel sites will now be conducted seven days a week. In this regard, the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) of Bhopal has sent letters to hospitals to arrange for testing facilities. In Bhopal, ELISA tests are conducted for free at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal Memorial Hospital, Gandhi Medical College, Civil Hospital Bairagarh, and District Jayaprakash Hospital.

Bhopal’s CMHO, Prabhakar Tiwari, mentioned that a call center has been established at the District Malaria Office for controlling vector-borne diseases, where the public can inquire about mosquito-borne diseases. They can also receive information and assistance related to dengue and malaria, such as testing, treatment, and prevention. The call center number is 0755-2660636.
