CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : Prof. Dev Anand Hindolia assumed charge as the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University. On this occasion, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Registrar-in-charge Rajeev Verma, and Dean Rajeev Verma lit a ceremonial lamp and offered a garland to Goddess Saraswati.

Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor paid floral tribute to the statue of the revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee within the university campus and also participated in a tree plantation drive.

In the university auditorium, Registrar-in-charge Rajeev Verma welcomed the Vice-Chancellor by presenting a shawl and coconut. Shailendra Kumar Jain was also present at the event.

In his address, the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor stated that with the cooperation of all professors, teachers, and staff, the academic standards of the university would be elevated. In the coming years, efforts will be made to expand the Hindi language, translate technical and medical books into Hindi, and introduce new employment-oriented courses.

The program was conducted by Dr. Anita Chaubey, and a vote of thanks was delivered by Shailendra Kumar Jain.
