CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A discussion on the use of ICT in education was organized by the Computer Department at the Central Sanskrit University campus in Bhopal. The event, jointly conducted by the Computer Department and the Research Center, focused on “Use of ICT in Education.”
Dr. Ravikumar Kapoor from N.I.T.T.R. Bhopal was the chief speaker, with Professor Subodh Sharma, the campus director, chairing the program. Coordination was managed by Mr. Sumit Saxena and Ms. Safina Ansari. Dr. Kapoor emphasized the vast scope of ICT and elaborated on technology-enhanced learning, including virtual labs, virtual reality, and blended learning.
Professor Sharma highlighted the essentiality of computer usage for everyone, enabling access to valuable resources. The interactive session saw students receiving answers to various questions related to Dr. Kapoor’s lecture, with solutions provided for queries.
The formal welcome of guests was done by Professor Somnath Sahu. The topic presentation was delivered by Ms. Safina Ansari. The successful management of the program was acknowledged by Mr. Sumit Saxena, and gratitude was expressed by Dr. Manju Singh.
