CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : The state-level main Independence Day celebration will be held at Lal Parade Ground. To review the preparations for the event, Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh, Commandant of 7th Battalion Hitesh Chaudhary, and Collector Kaushlendra Vikram Singh visited Lal Parade Ground.
While reviewing the arrangements, Commissioner Singh emphasized that no shortcomings should remain in the event preparations, and all arrangements must be completed on time.
Commandant Hitesh Chaudhary held detailed discussions with officials from various departments, gathering information about their respective responsibilities. He stressed that no inconvenience should be caused to public representatives, officials, students, or the general public attending the event. He directed for well-organized parking, entry, and seating arrangements, with special focus on traffic management.
He also instructed that buses be arranged to bring school children to the venue and to ensure they face no difficulties.
Commandant Chaudhary further directed that cleanliness, drinking water, electricity, and toilet facilities at the venue must be properly arranged. He added that the Department of Culture should complete all necessary preparations for the events to be held in the morning at Shaurya Smarak and in the evening at Ravindra Bhavan.
Additionally, health department teams and fire brigade services must be present at the venue during the event.
