CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Karmveer Sharma conducted a surprise inspection of the divisional office and reviewed the progress of work in various offices, maintenance of documents and implementation of revenue cases. During the inspection, he obtained information from employees about the work system, file management and online processes.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma directed that, for administrative order and discipline in the Commissioner’s office, cleanliness and proper maintenance of files should be ensured in various sections, including establishment, accounts and revenue. He also instructed that a biometric attendance system be started for all officers and employees. In the Additional Commissioner Revenue office, he directed that accuracy and orderliness be maintained in record keeping so that there is no unnecessary delay in any departmental work.
Additional Commissioner Shivraj Singh Verma was present on the occasion.
