CNN Central News & Networks / ITDC India ePress / ITDC News /Agencies/ Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Karmveer Sharma has directed that the progress of the government’s ambitious Swamitva scheme be reviewed regularly in all districts of the division to make the division the leading one in the state. He also directed officials to ensure speedy disposal of pending cases in revenue, Public Service Guarantee management and various branches.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma chaired a review meeting in the auditorium of the Commissioner’s office on pending cases in various branches of the Divisional Commissioner’s office and on the Swamitva scheme. Joint Commissioner Dr. Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner Revenue Mrs. Bharti Devi Mishra and all concerned officers were present at the meeting.
At the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Sharma instructed officials to ensure swift resolution of pending land allotment cases, CM Helpline cases, Public Service Guarantee Act cases and cases pending in the development branch of the Commissioner’s office. Since the number of pending cases related to revenue and the Public Service Guarantee scheme is higher in Bhopal district, instructions were given to pay special attention to them.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma directed special focus on pending cases in revenue and public service management across the division, as well as departmental complaints pending for more than 50 days. He also directed that explanations be sought from the concerned officials of Bhopal and Raisen regarding CM Helpline complaints of the Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department in all districts of the division.
The Divisional Commissioner instructed that replies in court cases be submitted on time and that prompt action be ensured on the decisions given. Instructions were also issued for early disposal of pending scholarship cases. On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner Sharma also honoured the officers and employees of the divisional office who were promoted this year by presenting them with flower bouquets.
