CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Karmveer Sharma, while chairing the weekly review meeting of time-limit letters held in the conference hall of the Divisional Commissioner’s office, directed officials to ensure the speedy disposal of pending complaints on the CM Helpline. He said the government’s priority is to ensure the time-bound, transparent and quality delivery of public welfare services, and therefore all officers should give the highest priority to resolving cases.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma directed all divisional officers to ensure the quick and transparent resolution of public grievances under the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan. He said that on the day before the camps organised under the campaign, preparations must be completed for pending CM Helpline and Public Service Guarantee cases in the designated areas, so that departments can resolve the maximum number of public grievances during the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan and ensure effective implementation and excellent performance. Sharma said that under the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan-2026, the government is addressing citizens’ problems with sensitivity by reaching their own areas, so that citizens do not have to visit different offices for their work.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma also directed officers to begin departmental preparations for Yuva Varsh from now. He said the government’s objective is to extend the maximum benefit of various youth welfare schemes to beneficiaries. All departments should get success stories based on the achievements of various schemes released through the Public Relations Department, so that others may also be inspired and benefit as much as possible from government schemes.
Joint Commissioner Development Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner Bharti Devi Mishra and officers of various departments at the divisional level were present at the meeting.
