CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Karmveer Sharma has directed all divisional officers to ensure micro-level preparations for the proposed programmes under the upcoming “Seva Se Sankalp Abhiyan”. He said coordination should be established with the concerned districts and departments, all preparations should be completed within the stipulated time limit, and programmes should be held in a dignified manner in every district of the division.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma issued these instructions during a review meeting on time-bound correspondence held in the meeting hall of the Commissioner’s office. Joint Commissioner Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner Revenue Bharti Devi Mishra and divisional officers of various departments were present at the meeting.
Sharma also reviewed preparations for the Swamitva Adhikar Abhilekh Nispadan Abhiyan, the ownership rights records execution campaign launched in Madhya Pradesh. He directed revenue officers to organise camps in the identified gram panchayats and complete all prescribed work within the set time frame.
He told the concerned departmental officers to ensure 100 per cent implementation of the campaign in the selected villages. He said all officers should make coordinated efforts to run the campaign effectively and make Bhopal division the first division in the state in this work.
Reviewing preparations for the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan camps to be held in the coming days, Sharma directed officials to make detailed arrangements at the micro level. He said that before holding the camps, pending CM Helpline complaints of the concerned development block and cases that have crossed the time limit under the Public Service Guarantee Act should be identified.
He said 100 per cent and satisfactory resolution of all such complaints and cases should be ensured at the camps. The basic objective of the campaign, he said, is the effective implementation of government schemes and the timely delivery of public services to citizens. During the campaign, the maximum number of public grievances should be resolved satisfactorily through dialogue, solutions, sensitivity and simplicity.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma directed all divisional and departmental officers to undertake regular visits to districts. He said officers should ensure disposal of pending CM Helpline complaints and cases that have exceeded the time limit under the Public Service Guarantee Act. Along with inspecting departmental institutions, officers should carry out a detailed review of the implementation of schemes and enter the relevant information on the Chief Minister Jan Abhiyan portal.
