CNN Central News and Network–ITDC India EPress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh, through a video conference, directed Collectors, ADMs and SDMs of all districts in the division to continuously monitor revenue cases so they are completed within the prescribed time limit. He said action must be ensured against the concerned officer if work on applications under the Public Service Guarantee is not completed on time. The pendency of uncontested cases of demarcation, partition and mutation should be cleared within one month. He also asked officers to keep a close watch on action taken by the lower field staff in mutation and demarcation cases, and said no demarcation case should be dismissed without reason.
In the review meeting, he issued necessary directions after reviewing the speedy disposal of demarcation, partition, tenure rights, ownership and court-related cases, pending revenue matters, demarcation, and farmer-related disputes on priority. He also reviewed litigation and contempt matters, rectification of court-related errors, and pending contempt cases.
Reviewing revenue generation and recovery matters, he strictly instructed officers not to show any laxity in land revenue recovery and reviewed the targets. On farmer registry, digitisation and the portal, he directed that cases entered on the portal be disposed of and that work under the Swamitva Yojana and Farmer Registry be completed 100 percent.

Commissioner Singh said all officers must ensure disposal in June of cases registered under the Public Service Guarantee Act and RCMS that are beyond the prescribed time limit, failing which action will be taken against the officer concerned. No case should remain pending beyond the time limit. Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars in all districts should ensure time-bound disposal of cases pending in their courts. He also directed all Collectors to ensure priority disposal, under ADM-level monitoring, of sensitive cases related to natural calamities, land acquisition and land records.
Commissioner Singh appreciated Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars in all districts of the division for district-wise outstanding work in the disposal of CM Helpline and revenue cases. At the same time, he warned officers with lower disposal rates and directed them to show progress by the end of this month.
The video conference chaired by Divisional Commissioner Singh was attended through VC by Rajgarh Collector Girish Kumar Mishra, Vidisha Collector Anshul Gupta, Sehore Collector Balaguru K., Bhopal ADM Sumit Pandey, Raisen ADM Manoj Upadhyay, along with all Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars.
