CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A District Level Consultative Committee (DLCC) meeting was held in the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh. During the meeting, the Collector reviewed bank-wise cases received and sought information from bank representatives regarding their disposal and progress against assigned targets. He stated that several cases under the ambitious schemes of the Central and State Governments had not been resolved in accordance with the prescribed targets by many banks, which he termed as highly regrettable.
Expressing displeasure, the Collector directed all bankers to ensure that cases already sanctioned must be disbursed within one week. Pending cases should be resolved within 15 days and benefits must be provided to the beneficiaries accordingly to achieve the set targets. He also instructed that disposal of cases should align with the financial year targets.
During the meeting, the Collector directed departmental officers to continuously monitor cases forwarded to banks to ensure timely resolution of pending matters. He instructed that departmental officers and bankers should jointly review the cases. If any beneficiary’s application lacks required documentation, departmental officials must ensure that the deficiencies are fulfilled. Bankers were also instructed to inform the concerned department as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat if they face any difficulty in resolving a case.

While reviewing cases related to Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Self-Help Groups, Kisan Credit Card, Pradhan Mantri SVANidhi Yojana, and other public welfare schemes, the Collector examined both the disbursement status and progress against targets. He directed all concerned to work strictly in accordance with the prescribed goals.
The Collector instructed the Lead District Manager (LDM) to ensure prompt disposal and disbursement of cases as per targets and to present a compliance report of distributed cases in the next TL (Time Limit) meeting. He also reviewed complaints pending in banks under the CM Helpline and directed that they be resolved satisfactorily within the stipulated timeframe and reported in the upcoming TL meeting.
Concluding the meeting, the Collector emphasized that all pending cases under government flagship schemes must be resolved within the designated timeframe to ensure achievement of targets.
The meeting was attended by District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari, Lead District Manager Alok Chakravarti, LDO and RBI representative, NABARD DDO Jaspreet, and other concerned officials.
